1. Information We Collect

• Guest & Account Identifiers: For mobile and anonymous web users, we generate a randomized, non-personally identifiable Guest ID (e.g., g_...) stored locally on your device to keep track of your Gem balance and app preferences. If you optionally sign in with Google on the web, we store your email, name, and profile avatar to maintain your account session.
• In-App Purchase & Transaction Data: When you purchase Gems via Google Play In-App Billing or Stripe (web), payments are processed directly by Google Play or Stripe. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or billing addresses. We only store transaction receipt tokens, product IDs, and timestamps to credit Gems to your account and maintain your local purchase history.
• User Inputs & Prompts: Text messages, chat conversations, and custom prompts sent to interactive AI hosts to generate dialogue responses and custom video/photo gifts.
• Device & Diagnostics Data: Basic technical logs (such as IP addresses, device model, operating system version, and crash diagnostics) used exclusively to maintain service stability, prevent fraud, and enforce rate limits.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Delivering Core Features: Providing interactive AI livestream sessions, real-time conversational chat, and custom video/photo clip generation.
• Wallet & Credit Management: Managing your Gem balance, honoring the free trial quota, verifying purchase receipts, and displaying your transaction history.
• Security & Abuse Prevention: Detecting fraudulent transactions, preventing automated bots, and protecting our infrastructure.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Processors

TrymTrym partners with specialized third-party cloud and AI infrastructure providers to deliver generative features:

• Google Play Billing & Stripe: For processing in-app purchases and credit top-ups.
• AI Inference Partners (OpenAI, Replicate): User prompts and character images are processed through AI models (such as GPT-4o for natural dialogue and image-to-video diffusion pipelines for clip generation). We do not sell your personal prompt data or use your personal content to train public models.
• Cloudflare & R2: For serverless API execution, DDoS mitigation, and encrypted media storage.

4. Data Storage & Local Retention

Guest identifiers, character catalog caches, and purchase records are saved locally on your device using Android Jetpack DataStore / browser local storage. Generated media is stored in secure, private cloud buckets and retained only as long as necessary to support your viewing session and user gallery.

5. Children's Privacy

TrymTrym is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older (or the applicable minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

• Clearing Local Data: You can clear your Guest ID, cached characters, and local purchase history at any time by clearing the App Data / Cache in your Android device settings.
• Account Deletion: Web users can sign out or request account removal at any time.
• Data Inquiries: You may request information regarding your stored data or request data deletion by contacting our support team.
